Phase 1 : Your Financial Story
In Phase 1 we’ll lay your foundation by giving you the “Before Picture”. Where we are right now as a very specific set of numbers and metrics. I will provide analysis, insight, and outline a plan to keep score.
I will ask hard questions. I know from experience that this can be the hardest part of running your business: looking in the mirror and seeing the “before picture”.
This is the reason I do what I do. I want to see you take that first hard step in getting you back to pursuing the life you were created to. The final product will give you clarity to act. Love the result? We’ll go to Phase 2.
The financial clarity you need to grow your business. Every great project starts with a great foundation.
Before we talk about growth strategies, or AI, or this shiny new product, we’ll make sure your financial picture is crystal clear. We will tell your financial story that is clear, detailed, and thorough. This takes out the “guessing” and allows you to be agile in making decisions.
We’ll uncover the essence of your brand and map a path forward. Together, we will outline cash flow, product mix, and historical trends. We’ll also define your goals, your pain points, and gain a deeper understanding of your customer mix.

Phase 2 : Implement Your Growth Plan
In Phase 2 we are building towards the “After Picture.”
Implementing and revising your Growth Plan. This includes very clear objectives, with timelines and KPIs to help inject life into your business. This can include weekly calls, budgets, analysis, and marketing plans. If it’s about growth we can help navigate. We start building “together” the plan we outlined in Phase 1. We will help you build out the processes procedures that give you that clarity “GOING FORWARD” we outlined in Phase 1.
This will allow for quick quantitative decision-making as well as weekly discussions on all the new issues that come with change. The goal for this phase is to maintain financial clarity so you can confidently move into the future. I firmly believe that business owners and decision makers don’t need the next great thing; I believe they are the next great thing.
We lose our confidence and faith as we battle stressors at home and at work. YOU are the special sauce. We aim to provide that clarity and assistance to help get you back on track. Our goal is to provide you with a clear plan, process, and procedures to KEEP you on that track.
